We are transparent with the services we provide and associate with. If third party involvement is required we will directly communicate with you prior. We handle all digital marketing activities by ourselves, but we can ask our partners regarding technical aspects for Websites or WeChat Mini program build-up, for example.

Who will be in charge of my project?
For each project we assign an account manager with experience more aligned to your specific industry. All members of our China Project Execution team are from Mainland China, and understand the current sentiment and what’s happening in China’s Digital Space. All your communication will be in English.
How can we make sure that you allocate our budget effectively?
Before starting the project we will make several phone calls with you in order to ensure mutual understanding of all products, services, costs, and expectations. During the project your account manager will provide weekly reports to make sure that we are on the right path.
